We use specialized, heavy-duty cardboard mailers with corrugated inserts to prevent corner dings and surface scratches during transit.
What is your return policy for opened media?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For opened vinyl or CDs, we only accept returns if there is a verified manufacturing defect or playback issue.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, Concord Records ships worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your specific location.
